Our mission is to help you tell and preserve your stories on a video to share with family, friends, or loved ones. In a casual atmosphere, our team will guide you in the process of telling about yourself, your life, and your memories; basically whatever you want to share and in whatever depth you choose. We are experienced at helping people talk about what is important to them and can help you share and preserve memories digitally so they are available to present and future generations. Your story, in your own voice.
We will coordinate with you regarding a convenient time and to decide on a location where you are comfortable and can be relaxed. To get things started, we will pose some initial questions, but from there we partner with you to allow the conversation to go wherever you prefer, however you prefer. There is not a set or rigid structure, but instead a conversational guide. Your role is to be the star of your own story, telling it in your own words and letting us handle the rest.
Video editing is available if needed or desired and we are available to handle all the technical details throughout the process.

Larry Dean – Co-Founder
Larry has held an ownership position in several entities, including the past 20 years in the health insurance industry, primarily in Medicare sales. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Wichita State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
Taylor McMaster – Co-Founder
Taylor served as a Director and Leadership Consultant for 30 years at Talent+, an international provider of evaluations of prospective management for major corporations, and currently volunteers in providing a similar service for non-profit organizations. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with minors in Human Development and French from the University of Nebraska, and a Master’s Degree from Park University in Leadership and Communication.

Standard Service
- Single video – up to 60 minutes
- 1 flash drive included
- Additional flash drives – $15 ea.
- If more video time is desired, $150 for up to 60 additional minutes while onsite
- Editing available on video $100/hr. (1 hour minimum)
- Plus tax
Upgraded Version
- Single video – up to 60 minutes
- Plus choice of additional personal video time up to 60 minutes, or for a video of the client describing valued possessions, family heritage-related items or photographs, and any other memorabilia.
- 2 flash drives included
- Additional flash drives – $15 ea.
- If more video time is desired, $150 for up to 60 additional minutes while onsite
- Editing available on video $100/hr. (1 hour minimum)
- Plus tax
Deluxe Package
- Single video – up to 120 minutes
- Plus choice of additional personal video time up to 60 minutes, or for a video of the client describing valued possessions, family heritage-related items or photographs, and any other memorabilia.
- Plus insertion of up to 10 photos in the personal video.
- 3 flash drives included
- Additional flash drives – $15 ea.
- If more video time is desired, $150 for up to 60 additional minutes while onsite
- Editing available on video $100/hr. (1 hour minimum)
- Plus tax
All The Details
- Payment due at completion of filming
- Any remaining amount for editing is due when final flash drive is mailed to client (typically within one week).
- Generally, no initial editing is necessary on videos, unless requested. (Note: Editing cost for inserting photos in included in Deluxe Package pricing).
- Future editing may be requested to shorten or update video, add titles, have music background, etc. This edited version would be typical for showing at an anniversary or birthday party, or for the family while creating a final memorial.
- All necessary equipment is provided
- Package pricing includes all videos being completed during the initial appointment.
- Above pricing includes drive time*, equipment set up, some preparatory communication, and minor start-up rehearsal time.
- *Please note: Driving distance within 20 miles of Kansas City is included; excess mileage will incur a $1.50 per mile round trip surcharge fee.
